Employment agreement

Dear Members,

I have query from a company that if in employment agreement, if employer and employee both has agreed fr probabtion period of six months and in case the services of employee found unsatisfactory regarding negligence of his duties and his behaviour with staff and boss duirng probabtion period. then can a employer terminate the services of employee.

Please advise legal consequenses.

yes employer can terminate his services . there must be a clause in agreement that if services are found to be unsatisfctory during probation period it will be terminated by quoting the reason and giving notice period as per in appointment order

actually employee is 10-12 years experienced engineer, and management is disappointed due to his behaviour.. so how should we proceed? should we give him show cause notice first??

mention the reasons why he is found unfit . inform him that performance review done not found fit hence services terminated during the probation period
