DEAR ALL,
I AM NEW IN THIS FEILD, I HAVE A PROBLEM ABOUT MY CASES, I PREPARE MY CASE PROPERLY, BUT WHEN I START MY ARGUMENTS BEFORE JUDGE I LOSE MY TEMPRAMENT AND MIX UP ALL THE FACTS, PLZ GUIDE ME THAT HOW CAN IMPROVE MYSELF AND CONTROL THAT WEAK POINT,

keep a pointwise written notes, in short, stepwise, without deviating from main subject.
directly hit issues framed.

keep handy your supporting citations/ authorities.
if loosing temper, Submit Short Written notes of Arguement along with your Oral Arguement. It directly goes on record, no mercy / risk of Judge to write your oral arguement and/or forgetting in temper.

Dear Mr.Aamir,

Since how long have you been practising? Well, arguments are the backbone of the case. There itself you have to be wise, alert, precise and confident in your expression.Otherwise you will be giving an advantage to the other lawyer to overtake you.Prepare well.Always keep notes about the happennings and developments in the case,so that it will act as a ready reckoner.Initially everyone will be nervous in their approach. One day you may overtake Ram Jetmalani Sir.Who knows.Everything is possible. All the best and may the almighty bless you.

argue issue (point)wise with full confidence.

Preparing your case point-wise in writing, with very brief notes on each point is your only option. U should not only prepare your own points but also replies to counter the probable case of the other side. Proceed at a pace suitable to U.
NEVER RUSH THRU YOUR ARGUMENTS.
MOVE TO ANOTHER POINT ONLY AFTER U HAVE FINISHED THE EARLIER ONE.
IF U R INTERRUPTED BY ANY QUESTION PUT BY THE COURT, 1st. ANSWER THAT QUESTION, PAUSE A WHILE, THEN ONLY CONTINUE WITH YOUR ARGUMENTS.

Dear Aamir
I agree with Mr. Shroff

You have already been taught a lot, hwever, it is again reminded that you have specific onus to prove certain issues so confine yourself up to those issues step wise.

I agree with experts on the way.

Arguments are based only on the vital points of evidence vis-a-vis the law on issues. So, must prepare a list of such vital points, as based on examination-in-chief or cross-examination with particular reference to the relevant sections of law or citations, and prepare well on those points. Prepration should be so, that you must also consider as to what opposite party or judge can think adversely on your points and must try to plug loopholes in your preparation and then present your arguments.

Be thorough with the facts of the case and also the applicable law. Find few case laws in support of your arguments. If you are thorough on your case, without any doubt argue confidently. If you want prepare brief notes for arguments, covering all the main points. You will succeed. Wish you all the best.
