Special general body meeting of society

Please let me know if an ordinary meeting of members be converted as Special General Body Meeting in the event majority of members agree to it? If complaint it lodged with Registrar of Societies for converting ordinary meeting to SGM what are the consequences?

Special General Body Meeting "

For Majority of Members, Only Two Types of Meetings

1. AGM [ Only once in a year for all yearly Agenda
2. Special G Meeting for Specific, any Special reason / Agenda.
There is no Ordinary meeting provision.

You can request Registrar that it was Special G Meeting, and is a typographical/ Clerical Mistake, and in fact it was Sp G Meeting, so it can be rectified. Let All members attended the meeting sign it, and prove that 5 days clear notice was received in Advance by them.
