Taking action against committee members of cooperative society

we own property in mumbai which is now cooperative society and because we live abroad we try to contact society secretary or other members regarding our property but they always avoid our phone calls. so many of our matters are pending and even we visited mumbai last time we found out that they do this do others as well. please advice us how to take action against them cos they are not doing duty properly, thanking you.

First you right a letter to the president or secretary of the society regarding your problems. If they didn't reply then send a legal notice.

you must be owning flat in ccooperative society.
you must be getting regular maintenance bills from society . in addition annual report must be forwarded to you by society .
you have not given any particulars as to what matters are pending with society .
you must be having relatives in mumbai . ask them to visit your flat once a month and look after general cleaniness of your flat premises .
secretary and other office beareres are doing work on honorary basis . they are not not required to look after maintenance of your flat . it is your job
