respected experts , i want to know about huf property matter.case is--- i am living in huf. my father is a farmer. i hav two sibling.now matter is- i have bought a plot in japur in the name of father 10 years back. that time i was only person in family who is working in a pvt.company in jaipur and bought that plot by my own money . father is living with me in jaipur. now i want to transfer that plot in my favor. present time no-one in my family member has any problem and objection to transfer that plot in the my name. so what steps must be taken to avoid fruther litigations in future and what should i do to transfer that plot in my favor. i need ur best suggetions

No matter you bought the plot with your own money it ll be assumed your fathers property.
There is no recognition of benami transaction in the eye of law.
It is better you make your father to execute a registered gift deed in favour of you. By that effect you will become sole and absolute owner of the property.

Get a registered gift deed from your father in your favor and better put the fact of gift acknowledged by the siblings also.
