Hello Sir,
As my grand father holding property with his name.Unfortunately he dead.
He is having one younger brother(he is alive with 2 sons),
My grand father had 3 sons & 4 daughters
The oral written copy in plain paper is showing that both my grand father and his brother were divided the property and paying the taxes since from 1982 to till date separately.
The original copies of the property is not with my grand father,my question is that how the property can be transfers to my grand father sons, all daughters were married and is there any litigation with my grand father daughters?Wheather is the property to be shared with them also?
Kindly request you to make my query answered by you.
Any thing comes to there grandsons.
Thank you

Your grand father was owner to the extent of 1/2 share of the property and rest belongs to his brother. After demise of your grandpa, his entire property shall be divided in equal shares among his daughters and sons and if he your grandma is also alive then in her share also.
A suit for partition and possession can be filed by either of the parties in the given case impleading others as necessary parties thereto.

The property is belong to your grandfather as 50 % of the total property,so your grandfather;s wife(your grandmother),son(Your uncle and father) and daughter(your aunt) have equal right over the property. You can settle the matter amicably by a registered deed of partition, failing which you can file a suit for partition in Civil Court.
