Can the self acquired property be given as gift to three persons, viz wife, son and daughter-in-law. If so should the gift deed specify one=third each.

Please clarify.

Yes the self acquired property can be given away by executing a registered gift deed in favor of several donees by the donor mentioning their respective shares properly in the deed.
