Partition suit % for women in Andhra pradesh

ancestor property is owned by mother and she has two children men and female. After mother expiring men gifted the property to his children. And now female doesn't any property, this all happens without her knowledge. what she can do to get her share of property. what % of share female can get. what all the action possible to get her share.

U will have to proceed in court for partition. The gift to the children is immaterial.
