Dear All,

House property in Secunderabad was registered in the name of both wife & husband. Now. husband wants to delete her name in the registered document and have the property registered in his name alone. How to proceed in this matter?

You can get the release of her share in your favor and after that you can delete yours wife name from registered document.

The share of the wife is to be transferred in favour of the husband to get her divested of any right on that property.
