civil suit seeking true and correct accounts as the Principal and for the recovery of the amounts form him. Presently i am having copy of Document received register office and all the original with POA AGENT. To file civil suit what is court fee we have to remit.what is calculation for fee. we are seeking true and correct accunts and money value not involved becuase what is profit or loss made by the Agent. Pl help me

well that would depend upon the amount you are claiming....specify the amount then only one can tell you and where are you filing your suit

You are advised to consult your local lawyer. You have to pay advolerm Court fee as per the valuation of the suit.

What R U seeking to recover then? If it is only a suit for rendition of a/cs.,U may value the suit as a declaratory suit. Remember U will not be allowed to ask for money in such a suit. Further, if it is found U R entitled to further reliefs but have not claimed so, your suit will be dismissed.
