Advocate change

Case file in against us under section 125 & DV 12,18 to 22.

Six month passed our lawyer not file any reply in these two case, but just taking dates, even for transferring these case he taken approx Rs 3KL from us. Now we realise our lawyer is cheating with his profession and he try to misguide and making money from us & even he may be clubbed with other party, this lawyrs also a political & bar position holder.
Now i want to know can we cange this advocate and what impact will occur of this process.

Kindly guide and suggest accordingly.

You can change your advocate at any time you like and this change does not have any impact in the merit of the case

Before changing the counsel you must ensure that there are no professional fees due to the counsel. Else, it would invite further litigations.

Mr.Parthasarathi even though he is not practicing as an advocate, takes interest about the advocates.
Change of advocate will not have any impact over the case.
