can exparte crpc 125 grant without summons duly served?

thanking you experts&forum. dear sirs,counter blast of rcr ,my wife filed 125.i am agovt employee of a.p.the summons send to my old office address without my knowledge,i had transfered.is it possible to consider as an exparte maintanance decree without notices duly served?

You are advised hereby to appear before the court and file petition for set a side exparte order.

You should either file an application for setting aside of the order passed ex parte or may appeal against such an order taking the ground that the decree was obtained by playing fraud without service of notice on you.

You can either fle criminal revision or file petition in the same court u/s126(2)crpc.
