As last will prevails, hence get a will executed by mother in law.Although u have to go for litigation in the court.

The Last will can be challenge by the aggrieved party - it is required to prove that the Last will was duly executed by testator as required by law- with out any suspicions/clouds on execution of the Will Deed by testator !
