in crossing the multiple 498a cases against inlaws,some lawyers suggesting to put up defamation case looking for compensation due mental torture,financial loss & other irreversible mistakes by opponents

1) Is this normally winnable, what is the success percentage based on history
2) How much is court fees is required , heard that, 10% of total compensation asked?

2. It depends upon the compensation you claim.
