Hi,

How do u register the tenants name in the sub registrar's office as well as the land revenue office(property card)(Form D)? Its a thirty year old tenancy.

You will have to make deed and that deed can be regd., But tenent's name wont be regd., in the sub registrar office as a tenent.

1- A Lease Deed by Land Lord and Tenant can be Registered in the Sub Registration Office

2- The 30 Years old Tenant of Agricultural Land can submit his application for all his Rights in the land before the Revenue /Recording maintaining Authorities and pray for recording you as Tenant in possession since 30 years and all benefits- as per the local Revenue - Land laws only !
