Thanks Rajeev for replying. I have another query, I hope you wont mind.
Actually we married against our parents wishes as our was an intercaste marriage and I dont have a marriage card, I just have the certificate issued to us by Arya Samaj Mandir and a few photographs of the Marriage ceremony.
Can you please tell me the process for getting my marriage registered and to which office do I have to go for the same and will I it be registered same day or do i have to wait for any 30 days notice etc.
Forget about your marriage card. you have to file the application under special marriage act since you married intercaste girl and along with the application furnish the certificate issued by the Arya samaj. The authority will be registered the marriage and issued the certificate within 90 days from the date of application

Another thing you have not wait 30 days notice. The procedure of notice is required before the marriage, not for after the marriage

Valid marriage shall be registered same day if the necessary formalities are fulfilled for registration. As marriage has been already legally solemnized. At Delhi You can apply online also.

your marriage already solemnised according to Hindi Marriage Act in Arya Samaj Mandir, you can get it registered under Hindu Marriage Act before the Registrar. The certificate issued by the Mandir Authorities is sufficient in this regard. The marriage can be registered in Delhi itself.
