SIR
MY BROTHER IS LECTURER IN DEGREE COLLEGE AND HE GOT MARRIED ON 2ND OCT 2006. AFTER 24 DAYS OF MARRIAGE HER WIFE CALLED HER PARENTS AND CREATED LOT OF DRAMA IN OUR HOUSE AND GET BACK TO HER FATHERS HOUSE WITH HAE PARENTS
AFTER THAT HE IM[POSED MANY ALLEGTIONS ON MY BROTHER THAT HE IS IMPOTENT ETC AND STARTED CREATING RUMOURS IN THE SOCIETY
AFTER THAT MY BROTHER TOLD US THAT SHE REFUSED TO MAKE PHYSICAL RELATIONS WITH HIM AND CLEARED THAT SHE IS FORCED TO MARRY HIM.MY BROTHER TRY TO CONSOLE HIM AND TRY TO MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THAT SHE NOW GOT MARRIED.
HER PARENTS FORCED HER TO GET BACK TO OUR HOUSE BUT SHE REFUSED
AFTER THAT HER FATHER CREATED RUMOURS THAT SHE WANTS TO SEND HER BACK AND ON THE OTHER HAND DEMANDS 12 LAKH RS
THERE IS NO CASE FILED AGAINST EACH OTHER AND NOW 4 YEARS HAVE PASSED MY BROTHER IS NOT HAVING ANY CONTACT WITH HIS WIFE FROM THE DAY SHE LEFT FROM OUR HOUSE
NOW THEY ARE DEMANDING 12 LAKH RS AND SENDING INDIRECT MESSAGES THAT THEY WILL FILE FALSE CASES OF DIVORCE AND PHYSICAL HARRESMENT ON US
I AM IN JOB FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS IN HARIDWAR AND EARLIER DONE MY MBA FROM HARYANA 2006-2008 MY PARENTS ARE RESIDING WITH MY BROTHER.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS WE HAVE TO SAVE US AND ALSO HOW CAN MY BROTHER CAN GET DIVORCED

First your brother has to file a divorce petition against her immediately.
She can file a criminal case u/s 498A, but you can defend it because your brother have got good grounds. You cannot stop her to file a criminal case. So it is better to file a divorce petition immediately.
There will be a conciliation stage in the matrimonial proceedings, in that proceeding your brother can say everything about her before the court. And if court feels that it is good case of mediation cetre. In the mediation proceedings your brother can say his allegations against her.

your brother has to file a divorce petition as well as lodge a complaint to the police regarding the apprehension of framing him and his family in false dowry cases . i think there shall be no problem in getting the divorce .For more detail contact 9868529732
