father property

(Querist) 12 April 2011 This query is : Resolved 
we received one property by court from society in the name of my father by belif.

court order is for legal varasdar of late c.m. shah (my father)

at present my mother, brother, sister and I all are property owner or my mother have 100% right for this property?

All the varasdar (i.e. legal heirs) namely your mother, son(s) and daughter(s) are all entitled to equal share.
