Respected All,
if in any arbitration proceeding by mistake plaintiff has filed blank document then what legal effect occured on it.pls make guidence to me about this.

Please state what is the nature of the arbitration proceedings, i.e. whether the same is under section 8, 9, 34, 36 or any other provision of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. What document has been filed blank?
