i was married before and got divorced in september 2010, i am gonna remarry but i dont want to reveal about my 1st marriage as my 2nd would be husband is very conservative about all this.
My question is, is it possible to hide about my 1st marriage and divorce? I have already filled up the application for notice period in which i mentioned that i am unmarried so is there any chance my 2nd husband will come to know about my 1st marriage and divorce?

i know truth cannot be hidden but lawfully will it reveal about my 1st marriage and divorce.. i dont want any "quotes or poetic or emotional" answers, this is a lawyers club so i want a practical lawfull answer.

So practically it will be cheating and fraud with your second husband. If later on he comes to know about it, he can seek annulment on the ground of fraud. It is better to reveal the truth to your husband at least, to the world at large you may say whatever you like.

while registering the second marriage you will have to mention your status before marriage- Divorcee/single/widow etc. So it will be illegal to conceal the true fact.

but if suppose i conceal the truth, will the registrar come to know about the truth? does the registrar have previous marriage records?

it's cheating. Rather you tell truth to your would be husband otherwise you would to face third husband.

its too late to open the truth cos i hav already filled the application form for the notice period before marriage, now that i have already done this mistake will the registrar find out that i was married earlier and even got divorced, does the registrar do investigations that whether the application filled by us are true or not?

Registrar's job is not to investigate the previous marriage. He merely acts on the details provided by the applicants, which he has to rely.

registerer will not investigate but if real truth come you may criminal proceedings future.so it is better for you to disclose the truth.

Registrar will not act as a investigating officer. But, when the investigating officers inquires about the matter, you will be in trouble.
