I have to take one information of chargeshit from police of Agripada POlice Station in mumbai where case matter take place in one year before.

TO WHOM SHOULD I RIGHT TO TAKE RTI of agripada police station, mumbai

yes. You can also give an application to Superintendent of Police

You can send the RTI application to the Deputy Commissioner of Police.
