respected sir,
me & my husband did court marriage before 2 years. but till the date my husband cannot expose me front of society & his family as a wife. my husband family ask my family first you give dowry of 15 laks then we will do marriage as per society. if i asked about my marriage to husband he did mentally harrashment. now his family ready to do again marriage of my
husband. he is also ready to do marriage. his family told first u give dowry then we will accapt u. all family member harrash me. please somebody advice me what will i do????????

For your kind information there wont be any court marriages. Marriages will be regd., in the office of the Registrar of Marriages. Do you have any marriage card, fotos etc., if you have file an injunction suit against your husband" as not marry second girl"

Yes. If you have any evidence mean just file e specific performance suit against your husband. Also pray interim stay against his second marriage..

just go to the nearest police station and file an FIR stating the facts that your husband and in laws harrassing you demanding dowry. police will take action.
or
you may file a private complain case before a magistrate stating thatyour husband and in laws harrassing you demanding dowry.
you may also file a case underProhibition of domestic violance Act.
So, pl consult with a local criminal lawyer.

for this you can simply file a case u/s 125 of Cr. P.C. for the maintenance from your husband and attach all the proof which you bear and if your husband admits there then no need to file any complaint and it will come in the notice of the society and you husband will also not remarry to any one if he do this than he will be responsible for that second marriage. due to this your relation with your husband will remain peaceful also.

If she don't have any material evidence mean how she can file a criminal case against in laws?

If your marriage is registered, your husband can't make 2nd marriage until you get divorce legally. If he tries to do that you can lodge a complaint against him as well as his parents. You may just have to be patient, but watchful about their marriage attempt.
Otherwise, if you may not be able to keep a proper watch, you can take an injuction from the court of law restricting him and his parents from 2nd marriage.
You can also file a compaint for demand of dowry by his parents.
So, ultimately, he will have to come to you.

Goto the Police Station and regsiter FIR u/s 498A & Dowry Prohibition Act.
