1.After register the f.i.r, if accused are assessted mean with in 24 hours police will remand the accused before the concern judicial magistrate along with f.i.r

The police will send the FIR to the court and get into investigation and file final report after completion of investigation. The arrest of the accused is the discretion of the police and the veracity of offence. if they file charge sheet without arresting the accused can seek the AB before the sessions court. for which the accused has to apply for certified copy of the charge sheet, FIR and other details of statements. contact your lawyer. he will help you

After remanded accused will file bail petition through his counsel, In case accused not arrest mean he will get a.b, after that police will complete the investigation, then the complete charge sheet will be filed before the court.. Then court will summons to the accused whose are available i mean already released on bail. Usually with in 90 days the charge sheet to be filed.
