I GOT MARRIED ON 24-01-2007,AFTER 10 DAYS FROM THAT I CAME TO MY HOME AND FILED A CASE IN DISTRICT FAMILY WELFARE COURT AT TRICHY.
CASE NO IS-IDOP NO 53/2007,IA 147/2009,
TILL NOW AM STRUGGLING TO GET DIVORCE,MY FAMILY IS SUCH A POOR ONE TO FACE THESE THINGS,SO AM EXPECTING YOUR HELP TO GET DIVORCE FROM THAT GUY,IF YOU CAN HELP ME IN THIS REGARD, KINDLY HELP ME TO RECOVER FROM THIS ISSUE.

What led you tom file a divorce case only after 10 days of marriage.
Do you not think that you acted with much haste?

Unless you have very strong grounds you will not get divorce. If you have a strong case and urgent relief is really warranted, you should speak to the judge in court and explain your problems. Most of the judges are courteous.
