Remand means;

(1)To send back to custody or the act of sending an accused person back into custody to await trial.
(2)To send back (a case) to a lower court with instructions about further proceedings.

ANSWERS:

A BODY warrant means that the officers are seeking an individual and, therefore, cannot search drawers and places not large enough for an individual to hide.

A SEARCH warrant allows officers to search all places in which the items listed on the warrant can be hidden.


3) When can a magistrate make a order of remand? There remand means what?

ANSWERS:
re·mand in law means: a. To send back to custody.
b. To send back (a case) to a lower court with instructions about further proceedings.
