divorce, maintainence, stridhan

my husband has filled the div. case on grounds of desertion and i am challenging it . i don't want divorce . can you provide any case laws . i had not asked back my stridhan and other assetts. the case is at final stage. how I should plead.
please help

You have to plead for maintainence and oppose the divorce.
