shall we send the application form through post other wise by personally. and also shall we got the information either by post is it possible or not send reply

dear Bhanu, you may seek information by sending the requisite application by post as well....all you have to check is that the application is in correct format and requisite fee has been paid.

You prepare the application addressed to the Public information officer and hand it over at the post office and pay Rs.10 in cash being the fees.The post office will issue receipt, and send it to the PIO by registered post and forward a copy of the letter to you.
