khusboo const.co. had taken 63000 intial and 10000 * 12 qtly inst. total 183000/- against plot allotment now after collecting all money its office is vacant no body is there when contacted co.law board nagpur where it was regd co. had not filed any returns since inception it has only capital of 5000/- rs. we know owners of co. but on papers no proof at all about there connection . like mine there are 700 persons who had been cheated .
development amount is also included in this .

If you scan the reciepts of amount paid and the agreements it will be better how to proceed for recovery.

It seems the company "Khushboo" khushboo (fragrance) ki tareh he udne ke liye hee bani thi.
BUT, if you know the owners, and there are about 700 person who have been cheated by the company, it is clear case of money laundering and all of you can lodge a compaint with the police or the Deaprtment of Company Affairs, which gets such frauds investigated through the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO).
The SFIO is a multi-disciplinary organization under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, consisting of experts in the field of accountancy, forensic auditing, law, information technology, investigation, company law, capital market and taxation for detecting and prosecuting or recommending for prosecution white-collar crimes/frauds. The SFIO will normally take up for investigation only such cases, which are characterized by
complexity and having inter-departmental and multi-disciplinary ramifications ;
substantial involvement of public interest to be judged by size, either in terms of monetary misappropriation or in terms of persons affected, and;
the possibility of investigation leading to or contributing towards a clear improvement in systems, laws or procedures. The SFIO shall investigate serious cases of fraud received from Department of company Affairs.

Mr. Manish,
If 700 persons are there,then why to worry.
Meet Police Commissioner in Group and file FIR,they (Police) will find out everything.
First do that then contact me and even if you are not able to do this much also then contact any Lawyer in the city,if that also not work then also contact the person who can emphasise the Pole Dptt. to work hard on the case.
After that further process can be done.
