Need pdf of dormat of dv act -2005

Dear & Respected members,

May I get format of DV act -2005 and

may I know what things are first considered in the said act.

Such as:
1- day and date of alleged cruelty

2- last day of residence. etc

I need to know the exact things needed for filling the DV act.

one more thing under what parameters a wife can claim residence who are residing with her parents as parents are equally considered in domestic relation with such female who are residing with their parents.

This requires a skill of an advocate. If your are not then better engage an advocate.

If the wife is forcefully driven out of her matrimonial home then she can ask for alternative accommodation which does not depend upon the status of her parents but depends on the status of her husband.
