Action against bogus advocate

please advise action to be taken against bogus advocate who appeared from my side in high court who we do not know without us giving him vakalatnama, in a case against us.the case was dismissed in 2008 against the fraud plaintiff .that case also we came to know a few days back. high court is in different city.please advise the full process to cancel the advocates licence.

how will tell that advocate is bogus, have you any evidence or proof, then only you may complaint at bar councul of india.

the advocate for us that is the respondent is unknown to us or in other terms bogus . so Sir shouldnt we take action against him?

we also have the proof ie. the copy of the judgment in which this advocate appeared.

If you have perfect proof against the said advocate about his forgery and impersonation through fake vakalatnama, must make a complaint against him in Bar Council of India for stern disciplinary action against him.

Yes you can apart from lodging complaint with the Bar Council, initiate charges under criminal jurisprudence as well.
In any case in such circumstances it is the Bar Council which which lodge Police Complaint.
