How to get all back

I am a lady whose marriage will be N&V u/s 11. The boy is not giving my articles (stridhan) back to me.
1) Whether I can ask for it in family court or in other court where DV is going on.
2) Do I have to do separate application for it or what is the procedure. I had asked in petitions but he is not giving. I want under court proceedings.
3) Can court declare Null without giving me my streedhan and without my consent.
4) What are the chances I will get it back

You can file a civil suit for the recovery of the same.

Even in Null and Void Marriage, your claim to Streedhan would stay.

You can also request the family court for settlement of Streedhan articles, though they may or may not oblige.

You do not need any separate proceeding to recover the stridhan articles.

In the same suit for nullity you can file a petition u/s 27 of the HMA for getting back the same before the Family Court.

The court at the time of passing the judgement is equipped to pass appropriate decisions on your stridhan articles.
