Delay in processing of final report by court

I am facing 498a. After investigation police found that case is false and filed a final report in court.(we have got a copy also from court) Now the final report is lying there from 2 month and judge in not calling opposite party or us for acceptance of report.

What can we do to speed up the process in court

You should do nothing as this is process of court wherein only complainant shall be called to either accept police report or move ahead treating it as a private complaint.

Yes unless the court hears about the opinion of the de facto complainant regarding the final report, the court can not pass any order by accepting the report.
