Un authorised sale of land

One of my well wisher acquired a land of about 50 cents by way of an unregistered willway back 2006 after the expiry of the owner who don,t have any heirs.The will was put in the magistrate court and a permanent injunction was obtained on 29th april 2010.Mean while the deceased women,s maternal uncle and aunt sold the land to another person on 20th may 2010 fully knowing about the injunction order.Now the benefisor of the will want to sell the land.the possesion of the land is with will holder.The deceased owner of the land,s maternal uncle and aunt has already filed a suit inthe magistrate courtinmarch2009 statingthe willis forged. the suit is still pending.the buyer tried to implead,but impleading petition not allowed.All are christians.Please advice.

how was land acquired in 2006?

if was a beneficiary by way of will should apply for probate .

if you obtained permanent injunction in april 2010 was lis pendens registered ?


relatives must have filed criminal complaint not suit that will is forged . ?


your best remedy is to apply for probate of will to show that will is genuine
