you can file discharge petition for your parents., if court allowed mean your presence only enough., in the first hearing if you are not able to appear before court mean your advocate can file petition under sec 317 of cr.p.c.

so just appoint an advocate.,

Have you all got the bail?
If no then first obtain the same - preferably anticipatory bail and then visit the court. Nothing will happen.

1. but is t compulsory for us to appear in first hearin?

2. Is t necessry to get AB? Already she complaint in station and since no primaface found they just closd the csr.

yes it is your choice to get the AB or otherwise appear in the court on the given date and get the bail from the trial court.

if you got summon mean whats the necessity to go for a.b?

who compelled you to appear?

if you are not appear, your advocate not filed petition on behalf of you on the hearing mean then only court will issue the warrant to you., after that you can think about a.b

Don't flee from the court, it won't be good for you.

Appoint a good advocate and learn some ropes yourself to get out of this messy situation.
