police filed 353,332,333 Against My one Friend , but now complainant is ready to Compound .. yet Charge-sheet Of that case not gone to court ,can w compound that or aquash FIR from Court ..
What way should we use to slove this case ..

333 is non-compoundable.

It can only be quashed/ you can get acquittal.

SECTION 333 IS serious as it is triable by Court of Sessions whereas 332 and 353 can be got compounded. The whole case can be got compounded and not part of it so case shall be tried in the court of Sessions Judge.

You have no other option but to face trial and during the course of evidence such complainant may become hostile. This is the only way in your case.
