As shown in the ‘purpose of hearing ‘ column , which has been taken from district court of Maharashtra web site .
Case has been filed in the court but since then I have not received any notice from the Mumbai court.
And we are staying outside maharastra in other state.

The website gives only the extract of order or case status.
Only the lawyer of this case can provide better details though prima facie it appears that the suit is pending for completion of service of summons.
