good evening sir/madam.
i am soodamani. working as a teacher, from tamilnadu. still some priority available for employment in teachers recruitment board. priority for so many reason. i coming under who provide his land for govt usage.
but now a days [in past 2 years seniority call for] particularly they are omitting the land priority only. except land priority all others getting employment properly. but what is the reason behind this act by tamilnadu govt.
is any g.o available against land priority?
please help me to get employment as per law. if any G.O passed against the land priority mean please provide me sir.

In TRB, they used to give separate seniority number for every priority.
For example, freedom fighters family, ex-servicemen family etc.

one more thing he is M.Sc., in maths., and b.ed in maths.,
he is my childhood friend/ one of my best friend sir.. as of my district seniority he is in second member in seniority.,
in 2009, totally 1382 teachers, include 114 priority got employment from maths., but no priority allotted to maths major..
in 2010, 1450 teachers got employment.. this time totally 29 for priority., but just 4 to maths., thats also 3 for sc quota, another one for general turn.,
TRB not giving proper preference to LA priority..

yesterday we discussed about it and i told about our site., so he came here..
he sent a representation to trb secretory to give equal preference to all priority in employment,. but no response sir..
we planned to file writ petition for consider his representation.. am i right sir?
i think he not yet see your replies., i will ask him to visit here sir.. if he called you mean just guide him arunagiri sir.

Mr Arunagiri is in Chennai. He knows Tamil he can even read Tamil revenue records and Notifications. Better you be in touch with them but you started another thread. How dies it help you?
According to me there can be no reservation for job in any service for any category other then SC/ST/OB/Ex-serviceman/Compassionate appointee/Sportsperson. Unless Governor has in exercise of powers conferred under provision to Article 309 made any other provision.
It is better you file PIL so that it could be decided as to whether the protection of Article 31B read with entry 257A in 9th Schedule, for 50%(+) reservation, given to State of Tamilnadu is constitutional or not in light of the Supreme Court decision on 11 January, 2007 Appeal (civil) 1344-45 of 1976 I.R.Coelho (Dead) By Lrs vs State Of Tamil Nadu & Ors
