Interim in false dv

(Querist) 06 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sirs,

Interim in DV is awarded, inspite of lots of merits and evidences. The application is prima facie false. I want to know

1.How much time it will take if I will file petition in HC to set aside the order as well to quash the DV case.

2. Please let me know the same for Supreme court as well.
M.Sheik Mohammed Ali (Expert) 06 February 2012
if you want quash the interim order with in 30 days.
Deepak Nair (Expert) 06 February 2012
Mr.Sheik has provided the time frame within wchih you can challenge the order.

The exact time taken in the high court and supreme court cannot be foretold. But the time will be shorter as the same affects the original petition filed in the lower court.
