Sir,
My husband died in road accident, so we got compensation via court,my daughter is minor so her share is deposited in the bank via court.
my question is
i dont know in which bank my daughter amount is deposited?
whether i can seek information regarding my daughter share in the court via RTIACT 2005?
whether it is possible to seek information from the court via RTIACT 2005?
if so what is the procedure for seeking information from the court via RTI ACT2005

you can ask your advocate, because when did you get order copy of the compensation the court was mentioned the bank details.

You might have possessed the copy of FDR with you while the same was deposited with a concerned bank. Anyway, you need not invoke RTI Act in this matter as this is very simple matter.
You should either take help of your lawyer or should get the certified copy of the order wherein the aforesaid amount was deposited in a particular bank branch. You might have a copy of award of MACT. You take the help of that award for tracking the record file.

if you have no copy of the claim award,you may contact your advocate or the concerned MACT tribunal,from where you were awarded the claim and confirm the details.

You can make an enquiry to the court sherestedar he will guide you and you will get the information. You need not to take the shelter of RTI Act.

yes., this is a simple issue which is no need to go for rti..
just consult with your advocate..he can give all details about your case..
and first time am seeing a wife in the name of "raja".. its mean "king" in tamil..

RTI will not serve your purpose.
meet the concerned lawyer and find out the exact location of money.
the entire details must be available in court records.

Raaja is called king in hindi too.But raja denotes agree in urdu.Yet It is found as suffix in male names only.

RTI Act can be invoked but the same is unwarranted in your case as an inspection of case file would serve the purpose.
