Duplicate pass book

one of distant relative who is quite old & lives in village of AP. He seems to misplaced his passbook (property doc) of his agri land.
what is the standard procedure & documents required for getting a duplicate passbook in AP?

you can approach you local area register office, get certified copy of the document or book, its valid

Passbook of agricultural land is only a personal document which can be obtained again at any time from local Patwari.

Dear Mr.Victor,

Pattadar pass book is given only to agricultural land owners.If it is lost, I am giving you the procedure in AP.You have to submit a letter to the Village Revenue Officer,who after verifying the facts will send it to the Mandal Revenue Officer.The Mandal Revenue Officer after thorough verificatiion has to obtain the consent of the district collector and then he will issue a duplicate pass book.
