Nc agst. society member

Respected All,

I am living in a newly formed society having ad-hoc committee. Committee introduced a pet policy in his general meeting and which is accepted by all the members. One of the tenant of the society not follow the same rules and intentionally break the same. When they crossed the limit by registering false NC agst. chairman, treasurer and one committee member as on 26.03.2012

* What action we do against the tenant?
* What action we take agst. the owner of the flat?
* what we do to take back the NC?

Request you all to give the solution.

ask the owner of flat to request his tenant to follow the rules laid down by committee . in case tenant refuses the Managing committee can withdraw NOC given to owner of flat . the owner will then have to terminate leave and license agreement with tenant

dont let it become a ego issue .try to settle the issue

Sir,

Owner having a blood relation with the tenant and our adhoc committee comes in the month of march and they done agreement before that.

What about NC which she done agst.members?
