Right of major girl on her grandfather self acquired property

an 80 yr old person agreed wid a builder for construction of apartment on his self acquired land by demolishing his house built over it.one of his son is disputing it and wants share in it,however old man is adamant.
now dat son is threatening to file an injunction suit through her major daughter{grand daughter of old man} claiming her right over land as ancestoral property.
can grand daughter claim self acquired proprty of her grandfather as a right?
is such suit maintainable?
what are the rights of grand daughter over self acquired property of her grandfather?

The old man has to have complete documents in his possession readily to prove that the property in question was self acquired by him and that the said property was not ancestral.
If he can prove that, nobody can do anything to him. In such a situation when the son himself cannot do any harm, the question of his daughter (i.e. grand daughter of the old man doing any harm or) making any claim over the self-acquired property of the old man does not arise.
The old man has to keep a watch of the case and on the first day of hearing itself he can go ahead with his lawyer, show all the original documents (indicating that he self-acquired the property) to the court and the court will not grant any interim injunction to the grand-daughter or anybody for that matter.

Itz the self acquired property of the grand father. Son or his daughter cannot do anything.
