Hello Sirs,
My Inlaws threatning me and my family against dowry case from a long time to complete what they want to do us. we didnt ask for dowry but they gave us. So Please suggest me what can i do in this regard Should I met SSP of my city and give him a application.... or file a case from court or what other options please suggest me
I also want to file an divorce case against my wife who is always involve with her family and currently staying with her parents from last 2 months so wat can i do... how can i proceed shuld i start to file anti-dowry first or divorce first

First file an informatory petition in the court praying to send it for investigation and also give an application to senior police officials in this regard that you will be implicated any time in false and fabricated dowry cases and pray them to enquire the matter of their own capacity. If the report is in your favour then keep it which will be useful to you in future. You can also file RCR where you can make such allegation and your circumtances.

you should place on record threats received by you from your in laws . send email to them staing that no demand for dowry made .
the follwowing gifts were voluntaruly given by them . you have no interests in those gifts . ask them to take them back if they so want

It would depend upon from where (which state) the case is likely to be filed.
You should record all threats, keep the original media secure.
