Inheritance property dispute

My father sister want 1/4th share in property my grandmother property which is inherited from his father when she is live, considering the threat /dispute, land sale deed was executed in 1998 with consent of my grandmother but after his death in 1999, my aunty (sister of my father asking for share and suit the case against us stating sale deed is done forcefully) now the matter in high court since 2004 and we have received stay at court in 2004. What shall be precaution to be taken to avoid the property share to my aunty?

What is the relationship of that person to your father?
When did that original person died?
Whether the person's wife was alive when that person died?
From whom your father got the property?
How many brothers / sisters your father have?
When did your aunt get married?

If the valid sale deed was executed, stamp duty paid and possession transferred, your aunt has a very weak case.
