Dear sir/madam,
Always thankful to LCI.
There is a shop/property registered in my name which I have to rebuild.some unsocial person may harrass/quarrel with me during rebuilding the same. I m fear of his gundagirdi.what legal safety I deserve,I m legal at my place.
As he says- "u have sold a property under notary agreement/not registery to a person which is situated back to my property.there is some 20 ft land of mine".u not to rebuid ur property.
this property build 30 years back and sold 20 yers back.he never questioned for his 20 ft and he has no paper of 20ft and also this 20ft is not of him.

if you are thretened lodge police complaint against the said anti social elements . record the threat made by him on your mobile .

You can file an injunction suit against the person who is claiming that you have sold the property. You can also file a complaint
