mere dost ko 3 days ka arrest warrant hai . uski bail ek din mein kis tarah se karayi ja sakati hai .

3 din ka arrest warrant hai matlab wo Judicial Custody (JAIL) mein hai ya Police Custody (REMAND/ HAWALAAT) mein.

Police Custody mein Bail Application nahi lagti.

Varna, aap bail application move kare concerned court mein.

Bail mein koi guarantee nahi hoti, ye court ke upar nirbhar karta hai ki kya wo aapke dost ko bail pe chodna chahti hai ya nahi.
