If anyone sends legal notice through advocate and the expenses of that notice reimbursed from the person to whom the notice being to send.
1) Where it is mentioned in law and is it binding on the person to pay notice charges to lawyer?
2) If I will send the notice through lawyer to any person/company in that case, legal charges not required to pay by myself?
3) What will be the legal effect if the person not answered to legal notice?

1. Why anyone without charging fee, send legal notice?

3. It is totally depends upon cause.

lwyer without collecting his fees wont send legal notice . you have neggaed the lawyer you have to pay charges .
if no reply to legal notice adverse infernce can be drawn

I mean to say that,
1) Where it is mentioned the notice charges will be paid by receiver of that notice?
2) In the legal notice there is mentioned that the charges of legal notice will be re-im from receiver (to whom notice has been sent). However the sender has to pay legal charges to lawyer for same?
3) If receiver will not answer then cn it be considered that the allegation, facts accepted to him?
