Permission for using garage space for commercial purpose.

I am from Pune and living in my bunglow for past 12 years .
I had also constructed Garage after taking due permission from corporation while plan sanctioning.
Since there is not much utilisation of Garage space ( approx 120 Sq.ft. ) for vehicles parking purpose , I intend to use this space for starting a Clinic / Dispencery Or Panchkarma Treatment centre ( for my wife as she is a Doctor - General Practitioner ) .
May I know about following ;
1) Whether municipal corporation will give us permission for above mentioned purpose ?
2) If yes , what will be process and whom should I approach to ?
3) Will there be any change in corporation tax in case the permission is granted ?
Please guide me at the earliest .

I think no special permission is required for this. Just you intimate it to the municipal authorities.

asessment of property tax will change . at present you are using as a garage . if you use it for commericla purposes like starting a clinic you need permission from muncipal corporation . apply to your local ward office .
