Sir ,
A fraud game was played with me and my family immediately after marriage and my family tried and requested well to continue relationship and still we are in mood to continue relationship But God is against us,They have forced me and my family to sign agreement on stamp paper for separation.This we did to safeguard our family from their gundagardi.
We shifted to Delhi permanently and registered cases 498a and 125crpc as suggested by near and dear one.My case 498a is registered under 156(3)It is heard that they have applied for divorce. This is a case of inter state.
Will divorce case affect my 498a case in any way? Whether I will get maintenance or not.
please suggest that what will happen and what we should do.
