JANAK RAJ VATSA (Expert) 28 August 2012
NO. you can collect the copy of the order from the registry of the court after making the requisite payment.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 29 August 2012
Court orders are otherwise available on application on a precribed fee without waiting for one month.

ANSWER in CONTEXT to the original query:

1. AFTER, conclusion of any matter, the Order of any Court, would come under the perview of a "Public Document", which is accessible by the General Public under the RTI Act .AND. there would no "fiduciary" or any other "perverse interest" component involved in the case matter.

2. Under RTI, for court concluded matters, certified copy of the "Order of the Court" can be procured under RTI, BUT the payment fees for such documents shall not be under the RTI Act BUT under the court rules.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal
